** The successful applicant will be performing work on US
Government environments, and therefore, must be a U.S. Person
(i.e., U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident
(green card), asylees, or refugee). This position may also perform
work that the U.S. government has specified can only be performed
by a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil.
What You'll Do
Cisco's Government, Trust & Technology Services (GTTS) organization
is seeking a cleared, well-qualified candidate to perform as the
Cybersecurity Manager (CSM) at our Herndon, VA or Research Triangle
Park, NC campus. As the CSM, you'll lead the Cybersecurity Team
consisting of a team of ISSMs and ISSOs. You will also work with
Senior Leadership, Program Managers, System Administrators, and
various other team members to enable our customer's mission while
navigating challenging Government compliance requirements. The
position will provide oversight and compliance management of the
Cybersecurity Team who are supporting a diverse customer base
within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community.
With a broad background in management, you bring people leadership
experience, as well as an understanding of compliance oversight of
the design, implementation and operational support of enterprise
services deployed within highly regulated government environments.
The candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of the Intelligence
Community Directive (ICD) 503, the DCSA Assessment and
Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), the Risk Management Framework
process, and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
. The CSM will be responsible for the oversight of the life cycle
of Information Systems, to include meeting with the ISSM(s) and
Program Management to ensure the completion of all Assessment and
Authorization (A&A) achievements are met, per ICD 503, NISTs,
CNSSI and other DoD and/or Intelligence Community policies.

confidentiality, and availability of information and computing
assets associated with Cisco's US Government and Trust service
delivery, while enabling business efficiency. Our organization

Cisco, and provide an easily understood operating structure and
enhanced customer service to our partners, clients and
customers.
We are a diverse team of IT, Engineering, and Industrial Security
experts that deliver and operate secure IT solutions and
capabilities spanning various technical disciplines across the
full-service lifecycle.
As Cisco and its Government customers transition to new business
models and evolve into multi-cloud and hybrid environments, this
team is uniquely positioned to drive the security, compliance, and
service capabilities for Cisco's US Government business.
Who You Are
US Citizenship required due to US Government contractual
requirements - No Green Card holders
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with
polygraph.
US Government or Defense Industry experience in a management role
leading all aspects of the development and support of application
services, technologies, and capabilities in compliance with NIST
800-53 controls and other Government compliance policies.
Applied knowledge of Agile Methodologies, DevOps and traditional
development methodologies with meaningful experience leading across
all phases of the Project Life Cycle.

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects
the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S.
and/or Canada locations, not including equity or benefits. For
non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only;
employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring
ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation
target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring
location and additional factors, including but not limited to
skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or
training. Applicants may not be eligible for the full salary range

U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision

holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday,

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on
top of their base salary, which is split between quota and
non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco
typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to
50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and
75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and
100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates
are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on
incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic
sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales
plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales
incentive compensation to be paid.
