Rewarding position as HR Assistant/ Generalist for this well known and prestigious organization.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

? Facilitating on-boarding process with Human Resources.

? Work with Recruiters on large interview days and events as needed.

? Assist with candidate expense reimbursement process.

? Perform other HR/Administrative responsibilities as directed.

? Coordinate, plan and schedule in-person or phone interviews by contacting hiring managers, interviewers and candidates, schedule creation, space procurement, candidate travel, collection of interviewer feedback.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree.

? Minimum of 1 year as HR Assistant/Recruiting coordination experience working with professional services firm or large corporate recruiting environment preferred.

? Outstanding client service focus.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills.

? Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

? Self-guided / motivated professional, detail-oriented with a complete focus on quality results/deliverables.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).

? Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

? Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities are essential.
