Job Description:
Job Duties* Ensures accounts payable are paid in timely manner*
Performs all periodic bank reconciliations;* Maintains the chart of
accounts* Issues timely and complete financial statements* Assists
in the preparation of the holding company annual report* Assists in
the management of holding company and investor transactions*
Assists in the Asset Liability Management Process* Provides
financial analyses as needed* Assists in gathering of information
to external auditors for the annual audit* Complies with local,
state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax
filingsRequired Skills And Experience* BS/BA in Accounting or
Finance* 0-2 years of office/accounting experience* Familiarity
with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures* Proficient in
Microsoft Office* Data entry and word processing skills* Excellent
communication, interpersonal skills & a team player* Ability to
work under pressure, multitask and stay organized* Hands-on
experience with spreadsheets and financial reports* Accuracy and
attention to detail* Aptitude for numbers* Ability to perform
filing and record keeping tasks#zr7IND 002-004
