Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Customer Support Analyst with federal financials experience to support a help desk environment.--Qualified candidates should have experience with federal financial and/or federal accounting systems and knowledge of government contracts and acquisition processes. This position requires the ability to--provide support, analysis, research, and advice for--complex problems and processes.----This position works on-site with a blended government and contractor staff. Current security clearance credentials are required for consideration. This opportunity is ideal for a budget analysts and program analysts with federal financial program experience looking to transition--to a new role!! Current TS/SCI clearance holders have the opportunity to obtain a CI poly Role and responsibilities:

  • Support a customer service help desk environment and provide timely on-site customer support for users
  • Provide end-user support and interface management for federal financial systems and transaction processing
  • Develop queries and troubleshoot issues
  • Support training modules related to the Financial Accounting System, Defense Travel System (DTS), and Government Purchasing Card (GPC) processes
  • Collaborate with the financial Accounting System vendor or work independently to troubleshoot complex problems for the customer
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that documents processes related to the financial system
  • Work closely with the GPC program manager to support end of fiscal year activities and monthly reconciliation of GPC accounts. Requirements:
    • U.S. citizenship
    • Current TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph; will consider current TS/SCI eligible for CI polygraph
    • Experience providing--Tier 2-3 Help Desk/Service Desk support or related program analyst experience that is transferrable to a help desk environment
    • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Functional experience with PeopleSoft Financials or other Government Financial Accounting System
      • Experience in more than one of these modules:--PO, AP, GL, KK, AR, BI, AM, PC, CA
      • Knowledge in the DTS transaction processes is a plus
      • Experience using a management system for tracking contracts and acquisitions--activities
      • Ability to lead testing initiatives for releases as needed
      • Ability to document system processes, as needed
      • Effective written and verbal communication skills to succeed in a blended government and contractor environment --#CJ #CB *MON
