      • Advise team and management on process improvements and opportunities for automation.
      • Plan and execute defined DevOps and related technical project tasks.
      • Manage timely resolution of all critical and/or complex DevOps issues.
      • Gather and process inputs from DevOps, engineering, and IT subject matter experts across the release lifecycle.
      • Evaluate and support opportunities for alignment between IT operations and the business.
      • Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC
      • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
      • Experience using software and computer systems' architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer applications such as xMatters, AWS Application Integration, or WebSphere
      • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
      • The group of skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
      • The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
      • Experience defining and managing changes to documents, code, computer programs, websites, and other files to enable collaboration and ensure teams are working from the latest version
      • The group of skills related to Security including designing and evaluating security systems, identifying security threats, securing computers, assessing vulnerability, etcDesired Experiences
        • Skilled in GitLab
        • Experience using Git/BitBucket
        • Deep understanding Skilled in Jenkins
        • Skilled in Docker
        • Skilled in ServiceNow to manage digital workflows
        • Skilled in using UNIX
        • Skilled in AWS Developer tools such as CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeStar, or CodePipeline
        • Skilled in AWS Management and Governance suite of products such as CloudTrail, CloudWatch, or Systems Manager
        • Understanding of Java
        • Skilled in Ansible
        • Skilled in Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platforms
        • Experience using Apache Subversion
        • Skilled in AWS Database products such as Neptune, RDS, Redshift, or Aurora
        • Experience using HP Fortify
        • Skilled in JBOSS, JBOSS EAP, and/or WildFly
        • Skilled in IBM Rational ClearCase
        • Experience using JIRA
        • Skilled in Excel
        • Understanding of Python object-oriented programming
        • Skilled in using SonarQube
        • Understanding of Nexus IQ Server
        • Skilled in HP Fortify
        • Understanding of the various kinds of scans DAST/SAST/SAS
        • Understanding of concept of Observability and implementation
        • Understanding of Resiliency.Preferred Skills
          • Good experience in various Unix OS flavours, specifically Linux
          • Understanding of execution framework with continuous integration and continuous deployment
