Job Description Job Description Accounting Associate | High-Volume, Detail-Driven Role Are you an Accounts Payable professional who thrives in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments? We’re looking for someone who can own invoice processing, solve discrepancies, and keep payments moving accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Do -Process and enter high-volume vendor invoices with precision -Match invoices to purchase orders and verify payment terms -Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve missing information with vendors -Ensure accurate imaging and documentation of invoices and supporting materials -Research and resolve PO and invoice issues (including duplicate submissions) -Support critical close periods (Month-End, Mid-Year, Year-End) -Deliver responsive, high-level service to internal teams and external vendors What You Bring -3 years of Purchase Order reconciliation experience (required) -Strong understanding of invoice types: purchase orders, order acknowledgements, tax certificates, sales orders -Proven ability to communicate with vendors to resolve invoice issues -High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability -Experience with inventory, cycle counts, or discrepancy resolution is a plus -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) -Exposure to Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus Why This Role Stands Out -Hands-on, high-impact role within a critical accounting function -Opportunity to build expertise in AP operations and systems -Collaborative environment with visibility across finance and operations If you’re organized, detail-driven, and know how to keep invoices moving without errors—we want to talk to you.
