Job Description:

SOC Telemed is looking for an Office Administrator to organize and coordinate administration duties, reception duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office Administrator responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our associates. You will also be responsible for serving as the liaison between the company leadership team and the building manager to ensure office safety and security. Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage. Ultimately, the Office Administrator should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. You will also provide administrative support to the HR team and the executive leadership team as needed for special projects.

  • Act as gate-keeper to the office, ensuring all visitors sign in and are escorted by their SOC contact
    • Ensure supplies and breakroom are adequately stocked
      • Order office and kitchen supplies
        • Act as main point of contact for office vendors and managing accounts
          • Manage office equipment and scheduling service when needed
            • Act as liaison between building management and the office
              • Manage conference room reservation requests
                • Order catering for meetings
                  • Assist the Executive Assistant with guests and meetings
                    • Ensure the office looks presentable
                      • Review and distribute mail
                        • Assist Human Resources team with administrative tasks and scheduling
                          • Other duties as assigned


                            • High School Diploma or equivalent
                            • At least 1 year of experience as an office administrator or 2 years of experience as a receptionist
