A golden opportunity for an Administrative Assistant seeking a
challenging career with a well known group in the banking/financial
industry. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for working
directly with high level executives providing Admin support to the
department. Duties include but are not limited to scheduling
appointments, managing heavy calendar, travel arrangements, meeting
minutes, event planning, reports preparation, meeting, greeting and
directing clients, answering calls, among other duties.
Ideal candidate will also maintain database and files, will prepare
department reports utilizing Excel and Powerpoint, will process
invoices and will prepare expense reports. Must be proficient with
Outlook and Excel.
