Job Description The Noble Collection is an established industry-leading design, manufacturing and distribution company that has specialized in high end collectibles for more than 20 years. We pride ourselves on making the best possible product and representing our license holders with the highest standards of quality.
We are expanding our operations team in Reston, VA and we are looking for a Wholesale Assistant to support our Wholesale Team. - The role works closely with the wholesale account team, logistics team and our distribution center.
Responsibilities
Track inbound wholesale shipments including running reports and entering inbound containers into the system
Enter UPS shipments into the system and provide our warehouse with updates
Enter wholesale purchase orders in the inventory system
Assist with creating invoices for overseas orders
Order labels for factory direct purchase orders
Additional administrative work as needed to support the wholesale team

Requirements
2+ years administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be detail oriented
Demonstrates ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
