Job descriptionOur client, a Financial Services Company, located in Reston, VA area, is looking to hire an Executive Office Manager to oversee and maintain the company's grounds, and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional.If you are looking to join a well-established company, and have more than 5 years of experience in areas such as property manager, office manager, or equivalent functions; this might be the right opportunity for you!We are looking for candidates that have:

  • Experience managing the annual budget, including the approval of vendor bills.
  • Hands-on experience managing operations and maintenance for Office Building
  • Experience managing the relationship with property managers, including managing the overall process for lease renewals, amendments, negotiations, etc.
  • Experience managing corporate office spaces.
  • Experience in procurement and negotiation skills.
  • Procurement and negotiation skills, experience with vendors and services providers
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Oversight over office spaces to ensure that the workspace is clean, safe, and functional
  • Overseen the smooth functioning of the corporate office space and office procedures to make the workplace more efficient for the OF's employees
  • Experience managing the day-to-day operations of facilities (i.e. ordering office supplies, parking access, building access, etc.)
  • Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, strong management skills, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities. This person must be a self-starter and able to work under pressure to handle a variety of activities. Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or related experience.
    • 5+ years experience in facilities management, property management, and office management.
    • Experience managing corporate office spaces.
    • Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations.
    • Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
    • Proactive with the ability to make quick decisions and solve problems.
    • Ability to listen and integrate ideas from diverse groups of individuals, build and maintain respectful relationships, collaborate with others, and resolve conflicts constructively.
    • Impeccable attention to detail.
    • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
    • New hires are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
