Location: Washington, DC (On-site) Work Schedule: Monday–Friday,
8:00/8:30 AM–4:30/5:00 PM Contract Duration: 4 months (Contract
role with potential extension based on clinic needs and
performance) Overview We are seeking an experienced Medical Office
Assistant to join a high?volume ENT Clinic in Washington, DC. This
role is essential to supporting the patient experience and overall
clinic flow, including rooming patients, documenting clinical
information, and managing administrative tasks. If you excel in
fast?paced medical environments, have strong EMR experience, and
enjoy providing excellent patient support, this role offers both
stability and growth opportunity. Responsibilities Support clinic
flow by ensuring patients are roomed efficiently and the schedule
continues moving. Perform front?office and back?office tasks as
needed to support daily operations. Schedule appointments and
process referrals. Document clinical information in the clinic’s
system (Aria), including: Provider notes Demographics Insurance
information COVID screening questions Follow up on clinical notes
and outstanding documentation. Provide an exceptional patient
experience by delivering friendly, timely, and professional
service. Move between multiple clinic areas throughout the day,
supporting both the front desk and back office. Required
Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Medical Office Assistant
(required). Minimum 1 year supporting clinic operations in a
medical setting. Strong patient care and administrative skills.
Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Epic preferred). Ability to room
patients, collect demographics, and maintain accurate
documentation. Strong professionalism, communication, and customer
service skills. Preferred Skills Experience in ENT or specialty
clinic environments. Administrative or front desk experience.
Experience documenting clinical information in EMR/EHR systems.
Scribing experience or comfort entering provider notes. What We

Additional Information Clinic sees 100–200 patients per day —ideal
for candidates who thrive in fast?paced environments. Occasional
coverage in multiple clinic areas as needed. Parking options:
$100/month to park in Rosslyn and shuttle in, or Free shuttle
service from the Metro station. Compliance requirements include
background check, 9?panel drug screen, and immunization
verification (MMR, Varicella, Hep B, TB, Flu). Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based on-site in Washington, DC . Pay
and Benefits Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.00/hr (W2) Eligibility
requirements apply and vary based on job classification and length

Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
