Description Bridgewater College, a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III, is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach, to begin immediately. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Director of Strength & Conditioning. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Organization, administration and supervision of the intercollegiate Strength and Conditioning programs, including, but not limited to: Facility schedule design. Equipment maintenance. Intern Management & development. Strength & conditioning team program design and implementation. Knowledge and compliance with all NCAA, conference and college policies and regulations. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Strength & Conditioning. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree required, and Master’s Degree preferred. Prior experience required. CSCS or SCCC certification required. USAW certification preferred. Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends required. Competency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the college’s auto insurance carrier required.
