Kforce has a client seeking a Product Marketing/Marketing Communications Administrator in Reston, Virginia (VA). The key focus areas in this role will be management of social media platforms, website management and the provision of marketing and communications support. Role Responsibilities:* Management of client's social media profiles and presence, creation of engaging content about our products and ability to drive traffic to website; Make sure all channels reflect client's branding and explain their products easily* Maintain client website (Joomla!) including preparing, editing, writing and integrating content, benchmark where necessary to add improvements* Support PR activities as needed including media tracking and monitoring* Online listening and engagement with relevant social discussion about our company and products, competitors and industry with both existing customers and brand-new audiences to build product awareness* Creation of effective online sales campaigns with help from sales team through online paid channels and tracking analysts to gauge effectiveness* Under direction, liaise with internal departments and external marketing, graphic designer, video and digital agencies on the creation of print and online marketing materials (social images, tech specs, website updates, brochures, displays, videos, infographics, exhibition stands)* Under direction, assist with client's corporate communication initiatives* SEO - content, meta titles and description tags* Stays abreast of online marketing trends and new technologies; proactively provides innovative ideas for online marketing solutions in support of objectives and initiatives* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (or equivalent) required* 2 years of experience with ability to create social media campaigns, similar position preferably within a technology/software company is a plus* Must have exceptional English writing skills* Requires strong ability to manage multiple projects on different timelines and time zones.* Attention to detail is essential* Strong intellectual, analytical and critical thinking skills* Excellent at content creation who can utilize storytelling techniques to show how their products are revolutionary (i.e. documentation of tradeshows, company and product updates, industry news)* Brings a keen understanding of web, social, email marketing, content marketing, tradeshows (preferred)* Experience in SEO, PPC, web analytics are preferred, but not essential* Excellent communication and project management skills* Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines* Knowledge of Joomla!
