Job Summary OVHcloud US is looking for Field Marketing
Specialist who will help develop and implement marketing programs
geared toward target audiences to generate qualified leads. This
individual will have a thorough understanding of business drivers,
target audiences, and their needs. Must understand and anticipate
customers' needs and strategically position services/solutions to
generate leads for the field. The Field Marketing Specialist
supports programs that deliver results, builds strong relationships
with the sales team, and collaborates with other marketing
functions to ensure successful results. They will work closely with
sales, market strategists, and product marketing teams in a
fast-paced and rapidly growing market. Essential Duties &
Responsibilities + Assist in creating the strategy, development,
and successful execution of targeted marketing programs that
include but are not limited to user events, industry events,
webinars, tradeshows, executive roundtables, industry summits and
more. + Plan and execute paid and earned external field strategies
to generate qualified leads, drive brand awareness and help
establish OVHcloud as the expert authority on cloud services. +
Develop planning documents for large field activations that align
stakeholders around the plan and goals and establish clear roles
and responsibilities for participants. + Manage all aspects of
events including planning logistics, invitations, registration,
lead generation, lead tracking and conference materials to create a
memorable experience for attendees. + Stay up to date on current
and new opportunities to help grow our brand and generate leads. +
Actively manage and update the field marketing calendar. +
Understand and measure marketing program ROI through metrics
analyses and reporting. + Ensure alignment across all demand/lead
generation programs and if necessary, customize to extend reach or
impact. + Track lead-flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels
are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a
timely manner. + Schedule trainings focused on products and
solutions for the sales channel. Minimum Requirements + Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent
relevant experience. + 2+ years related marketing experience in a
B2B marketing environment working with sales channels/lead
generation programs. Experience with cloud, IaaS, or SaaS
environments a plus. + Experience supporting sales channels and
thriving under pressure of achieving revenue goals. + Saleforce.com
and Marketo knowledge is desired. + Proven ability to build
relationships with sales, support, and product marketing. + Strong
organization skills and orientation to managing program details. +
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced
environment. + Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
+ Willing to travel, when necessary. + Self-starter and ability to
build programs from scratch. + Must be a team-player with a
positive attitude and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get
