Job Description Job Description Description: Magnolia Companies, specifically Joseph J. Magnolia (JJM), is seeking an experienced HVACR Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively using various forms of technology. This role requires proficiency in computer and iPad usage, as well as a solid understanding of construction documents and manufacturer's literature. Must be able to manage team, multiple jobs, and schedule Journeyman HVAC Understanding of electric and electrical codes including high voltage Understanding of HVAC and Mechanical codes Journeyman Gasfitter Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Requirements: - Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems in accordance with industry standards. - Interpret and comprehend construction documents and manufacturer's literature. - Utilize technology effectively for communication and documentation purposes. - Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals. - Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. - Troubleshoot and perform warranty work on installed equipment - Start-up Equipment & assist manufacturer's tech with start-up - Perform Tests of all HVAC systems including refrigeration Benefits include: - Company Truck - Fuel Card - 401K Matching - Health, Dental and Vision - Paid Time Off
