Job Description Job Description HVAC Experienced Lead Installer: No On-Call Required, make $120,000 - $150,000 after incentives (COMMISSIONS ONLY), and flexible schedule with a potential 4 day work week. As a Lead Installer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and performing HVAC installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
