As a leading innovator in the energy sector, Constellation seeks a Pre-Journeyman to support our construction initiatives by assisting journeyman professionals and project teams in building and maintaining energy infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of project plans in alignment with our commitment to sustainable energy solutions. As a Pre-Journeyman, you will gain hands-on experience, with guidance from skilled teammates, in a range of construction and maintenance tasks, laying the groundwork for a robust career in the energy sector. Assist journeymen in constructing and maintaining energy infrastructure. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines on all construction sites. Prepare, handle, and supply materials and tools used on-site. Support project management teams with logistical and administrative assistance. Participate in training sessions and workshops to upgrade skills and technical knowledge. Basic understanding of construction tools and machinery. Strong communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols. Physical stamina and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
