Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Behavior
Specialist (BCBA) opportunity is available in Ellicott City, MD,
serving the Metro Baltimore Area through the upcoming academic year
from August 18, 2026, to June 11, 2027. This role supports the
Early Learning Team with a focus on Early Childhood interventions
within a public school district setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and behavioral
interventions to young students Develop and implement
individualized behavior support plans aligned with student needs
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create inclusive
learning environments Maintain daily, detailed logs to verify
activities and compile reports measuring contract effectiveness
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications and Experience: Active BCBA licensure is required
Experience working in school-based settings preferred Familiarity
with early childhood behavioral needs and interventions Strong
documentation and reporting skills Ability to complete Maryland
state-specific credentialing forms Assignment Details: Full-time
contract position, up to 37.5 hours per week Caseload and school
assignments may vary Focused on early childhood age group students
