Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your

deliver on the following responsibilities:As a valued colleague on
our team, you will act as a team lead for designing, developing,
testing, and/or maintaining hardware, technology, and/or processes
requiring the integration of stakeholder needs and/or existing
solutions.Minimum Required Experiences
- 3+ years related work experience -
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming
- Excellent interpersonal skills with attitude towards solving
problems for customers
- Good technical and analytical skills for issues
troubleshootingDesired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experience working in an Agile Environment -QualificationsTHE

- Determine customer needs, and while identifying and resolving
conflicting and/or complementary needs across customer groups.
- Apply advanced skill, knowledge, and experience to design and
develop technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Use a process-driven approach in designing solutions.
- May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing technical
solutions.Skills
- Cloud technologies and cloud computing
- Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant
programming languages
- Relationship Management including managing and engaging
stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship
networks, contracting, etc.
- Communication including communicating in writing or verbally,
copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
- Documentation and database reporting for the purposes of
analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of
relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts
and answer critical questions
- Product Development including designing products, developing
product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping,
etc.
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to
ensure successful project completion
- Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing
operations
- Influencing including negotiating, persuading others,
facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictTools
- Experience with Front end development using Angular.JS
- Experience with AWS cloud migrations
- Strong knowledge of core AWS services- such as -IAM, ECS,
SageMaker, Dynamodb, Redshift, Service Catalog, CloudFormation
- Experience in Software Development preferably in
Python/Java/JavaScript
- General understanding of AWS networking (VPC, NACLs, SGs,
routing etc.)
- Fluency in AWS -cli usage and AWS SDKs for Python/Java.
- Python/Java knowledge sufficient to code for AWS
