Are you interested in leveraging your Engineering Project Lead skills in cybersecurity to help DoD customers ensure their systems are mission ready?

What You'll Get to Do:

CACI has several exciting positions for Engineering Project Leads in the Annapolis Junction area. Employer provided relocation package available, and there is also the potential for working out of a SCIF location in Northern Virginia, and other SCIF locations TBD.

In this position, you will be a lead and work with a team of engineers who will analyze system architectures/designs and identify mission critical vulnerabilities to DoD weapons systems in network architectures. You will interface with DoD customers and ensure that your team has all the information and tools necessary to build notional cyberattack paths based on real world documentation. You will leverage your management skills to develop project schedules and track project tasking, and you will use your systems engineering expertise in cybersecurity assessments to assist with the development of the technical documents that will inform the DoD customers.

This work provides an exciting opportunity to work with complex systems and contribute to the soundness of system and network designs. You will have an opportunity to merge your understanding of cybersecurity assessment and threat intelligence with a team of systems engineers, software engineers, systems security engineers, and other teammates to ensure the customer's systems are always mission ready.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI with active polygraph will be required
  • Experience varies based on level from seven (7) or more years working as a team lead for systems engineering projects
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Assurance, Systems Engineering, etc. from an accredited college or university is required).
  • Must have some experience in cybersecurity assessments (vulnerability assessments, threat assessment, application security, infrastructure security, etc.)
  • Required certification for the higher-level roles
  • PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management is required for the higher-level roles
