Job Description Job Description Project Manager Mechanical Project Manager Mechanical Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager Mechanical to oversee and manage mechanical projects including HVAC, plumbing, and MEP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage mechanical projects from initiation to completion. Plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues. Prepare project documentation and reports for stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or MEP projects. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
