The T-Mobile Tuesdays Business Development team partners with leading brands to bring exclusive promotions to millions of customers in the award-winning T-Mobile Tuesdays loyalty program. Reporting to the Head of the T-Mobile Tuesdays Business Development, the Entertainment lead will build and own relationships across theatrical, games, music, and more. They will talk to movie studios about new release movie tickets, discuss exclusive content with game developers, and negotiate terms for premium streaming experiences with leading platforms. As part of a talented cross functional team, they will play a key role in developing program strategy and supporting the goal of thanking T-Mobile customers for their business every week.* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United States* High School Diploma or GED* Pre-employment background screen* Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree in business, marketing, or communications field preferred* 7+ years of revenue driving business development or partnership experience in media or entertainment* 7+ years of contract development and execution* Able to leverage quantitative and creative skills to create compelling businesses cases* Talented at communicating new and complex ideas to decision makers* Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments under deadline in large complex organizations* A roll up your sleeves owner/entrepreneurial mindset* Biased towards informed action while being aware of the big picture* Track record of building relationships that increase role effectiveness and opportunity* Willingness to travel 25% of the time in line with COVID safety precautions* Report to the Head of T-Mobile Tuesdays Business Development* Create exciting revenue driving strategies that drive customer loyalty* Communicate strategies, objectives, and successes to internal stakeholders* Be the subject expert and voice of the customer in business planning meetings* Build and maintain a pipeline of best-in-class entertainment offers and promotions* Balance short and long-term opportunities to maintain a weekly cadence of offers and promotions* Leverage industry experience to develop and expand program partnerships* Own all aspects of the relationship from first call to campaign launch* Produce and execute campaigns with a cross functional marketing and PR teams* Identify and pursue cross-company opportunities that drive enterprise growthEqual Employment OpportunityWe take equal opportunity seriously-by choice.T-Mobile USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
