Product Marketing Manager

As Product Marketing Manager, working cross-functionally with
all departments of our company, you will be responsible for
curating the voice and messaging of JAMIS, both internally and
externally. -You will be expected to be an advocate for our
solution features and benefits. You will have responsibility for
crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new
product launches. You will also be the key content creator for our
products and will interact with several resources to help in
generating powerful content. -You will support the product and
sales team in attaining critical goals such as leads, conversions,
retention, and up-sell by creating and launching strategies for all
product life cycle stages. You will be the expert on market need,
buyer motivations, problem statements and effectively communicate
these and other market intelligence to internal stakeholders such
as the management team, marketing, customer support, product
development, and sales.
By staying continuously educated on our upgrades, changes, and
features it will enable you to document thoroughly and advocate
effectively. -Your effectiveness in this role will be sustained by
your expertise of the JAMIS Prime ERP platform, and measured by how
much you increase product adoption, improve customer retention, and
build communication (internally and externally).
Develop product positioning and messaging and ensure adherence
through all marketing communications, corporate communications,
sales and support channels.
Be a Product expert and bridge the gap of communication between
Product and the rest of the JAMIS team.
Actively stay educated on our newest upgrades, changes and feature
releases, and document/share accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the right
content makes it to the right segments and personas via the right
channels. -Produce sales enablement content including case studies,
web copy, brochures, white papers, demos, videos, and more.
Improve customer experience (thus, customer retention) by
increasing product activation and support through education
(welcome webinars and feature videos).
Encourage NPS by increasing feedback (Make our happy people,
happier. Address our unhappy people accordingly).
Support Customer Success in the curation and iteration of our
customer-facing knowledge base.
Communicate customer feedback and market trends to product
management to inform product enhancements and direction.
Communicate the vision/value props of new product offerings to the
sales team and develop tools that facilitate the selling
Build upon product messaging that sets new products apart from
others in the market.
Create and maintain up to date competitor knowledge base,
maintaining competitive analysis and key differentiators.
5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in cloud-based
software solutions a plus
Understanding of cloud-based enterprise software (ERP) or Software
as a Service (SaaS) technology landscape
Experience in the government contracting vertical market is a
BS in business administration or marketing or equivalent
Experience with Pragmatic Marketing, Sequent Learning Networks or
equivalent certification in Product Marketing and/or Product
Management a plus
Experience/Certifications within Adobe Creative Cloud suite of
Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- there is a
heavy amount of writing, presenting, and selling ideas in this
