Responsibilities

The Information Security Enablement - Technical Project Management - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice and team guidance on developing and maintaining plans for the creation or maintenance of a product, and contribute your technical expertise in production and decision-making. In this role, you will implement timelines, milestones, and allocation of resources, as well as manage the technical requirements needed to implement a product.

Qualifications

Lead the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines to ensure projects meet technical requirements.
Contribute your advanced technical expertise to the project.
Monitor and report on progress towards the project's timelines and goals.
Refine goal, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed.
Ensure projects meet the technical requirements for full completion.

Desired Skills

8+ years of technical project management experience
Experience with facilitating the discussions of complex, high value IT delivery projects that require the coordination of development or technology work on multiple platforms to achieve the desired functionality
Good understanding of enterprise processes and how they tie in to demand management and delivery (P2P, Jira/E1, ServiceNow)
Technical knowledge and background to understand and work on different Information Security tools, technologies, and security related technical capabilities.
Strong analytical/quantitative and problem-solving skills combined with information technology and/or information security knowledge.
Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills; experience summarizing technical efforts while explaining the business capability impact
Able to build a productive team environment where teamwork and group problem solving is encouraged
Demonstrated ability to work with teams and influence across peer group and leadership.
Strong negotiation and Influencing skills.

Nice To Have

Proficient with Jira/Confluence, able to develop reporting solutions
CSM or PMI ACP Certifications
Working understanding of AWS/AWS Practitioner Certification
SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification
Prior experience working at Fannie Mae
Agile experience/knowledge of key agile frameworks including SAFe, Kanban, Lean, and Scrum
Experience with PI Planning and facilitating scrum ceremonies for the teams (Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement & Review/Demo)

Tools

Experience managing Google Duo

Experience using scheduling software to book events

Experience using JIRA
