Hourly Contract -$68.75 - $85.50 per hour*US Citizenship Required

and driving critical activities to meet business, PMO and program

changes impacting PMO and enterprise audiences to ensure optimal

Citizen with a Bachelors degree and 10 years relevant experience
leading changes in organization stemming from the changes to IT
infrastructure, Applications, PMO processes or Governance changes,
we need you!You'll use your extensive level of change management
experience in this role as you'll be responsible for leading all
aspects of a change management. You'll be a part of the PMO team,
that designs, develops, implements, delivers, tracks and manages
change deliverables that will enable impacted users to successfully
transition from their current state to a future state. The change
management deliverables including communications, training,
stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, organizational
readiness analysis, coaching, resistance management, and change
reinforcement.Your direct responsibilities will be to direct change
management activities and initiatives. -You'll also:
- Communicate goals based on organizational objectives; assist
staff in setting goals and performance measures.
- Align transformation change advice and consultancy resources to
organizational needs. -
- Build change capability by providing opportunities for change
management knowledge transfer through training and development of
others.
- Grow change advocacy within the broader organization.
- Create change management strategy for enterprise level
initiatives and the application of a structured methodology,
including leading change management activities, assessing change
impact, user readiness, and communication strategy.
- Facilitate senior-level meetings to surface and resolve
sensitive issues and drive alignment -
- Conduct impact analysis with key stakeholders and execute plan
to address organizational and business readiness
- Consult and coach project teams, impacted managers and staff
members
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management
levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan,
training plan, resistance management plan
- Manage communications, training, and stake holder
engagement
- Hold responsibility for the success of all change management
deliverables -
- Define, measure, and report success metrics and change
efforts.
- Collaborate with transformation program roadmaps and solutions
across all business areas -
- Support and engage senior leaders through large scale change
efforts as change sponsor. -
- Ensure alignment with PMO methodologies and activities.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and feedback to team; share best
practices and lessons learned.As you can see, those are some hefty
responsibilities. -To carry them successfully you'll need to be a
US Citizen, with:
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years relevant experience leading
changes in organization stemming from the changes to IT
infrastructure, Applications, PMO processes or Governance
changes.
- Substantial experience and proven track record with large scale
enterprise change adoption impacting people and enterprise
exhibiting a solid understanding of the change lifecycle and how
people adopt change
- Experience managing large scale organizational change
initiatives
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and
methodologies Change Management Professional certification and/or
Project Management Professional certification
- Experience with Agile development and testing practices -
- Experience in planning and managing complex projects combining
process, organizational change, and technology workstreams -
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and able to
develop executive-level presentations for EVP and Board level
audiences -
- Must be:
- knowledgeable in technical and functional operations of
software and IT organization -
- able to think strategically and tactically with focused
attention on details, results and execution -
- knowledgeable in project management approaches, tools and
phases of the project lifecycle
- a team player and able to work with and through others and able
to build and maintain strong relationships with team members -
- able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of
audiences
- self-motivated, self-driven and willing to take on new
