About the roleSUMMARY:
-
Engagement Managers are responsible for the overall consultant care
program for multiple clients or a single large/complex client with
over 250+ headcount across multiple locations or one large
technical account over 100 headcount). Provides general oversight
to temporary employees. Experience in a client-facing project
management or account management role on large-scale digital
engagements is critical. - Acts as the candidate's/associate's
employment "agent" (i.e. liaison) and point of contact through the
recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. This is position
must ensure satisfaction by maintaining a strong working
relationship with our candidates/associates - showing appreciation
for their performance and contributions, sharing their importance
to our organization, and reinforcing the benefits of working for
Adecco. This position is also accountable to meeting performance
KPI and SLA metrics to ensure excellent client delivery.What you'll

About you -
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree and at least 2-5 years of experience in project
or account management
