About the roleSUMMARY: Engagement Managers are responsible for
the overall consultant care program for multiple clients or a
single large/complex client with over 250+ headcount across
multiple locations or one large technical account over 100
headcount). Provides general oversight to temporary employees.
Experience in a client-facing project management or account
management role on large-scale digital engagements is critical. -
Acts as the candidate's/associate's employment "agent" (i.e.
liaison) and point of contact through the recruiting, onboarding,
and assignment lifecycle. This is position must ensure satisfaction
by maintaining a strong working relationship with our
candidates/associates - showing appreciation for their performance
and contributions, sharing their importance to our organization,
and reinforcing the benefits of working for Adecco. This position
is also accountable to meeting performance KPI and SLA metrics to
ensure excellent client delivery.What you'll be
doingRecruitment/Onboarding:
- Identify, source and screen top quality candidates for open
opportunities within our Enterprise programs, as applicable
- Work closely with Enterprise management and client teams to
ensure clear understanding of the client's business, staffing
needs, culture, and program expectations
- Assist with the creation, implementation, and execution of
robust recruitment plans to meet the hiring needs of the
client
- Achieve full understanding of and execute required recruitment,
interview, submission, and fulfillment KPIs
- Maintain and update candidate records in tracking database
- Support the SPM/SDM in meeting/exceeding goals and objectives
are met, while ensuring full compliance of all our policies and
procedures
- Complete associate check-ins/reviews based on Roadbook
timelines
- Maintain and update candidate/associate records in tracking
database Associate Care and Satisfaction:
- Serve as a single point of contact for associate inquiries -
addressing all inquiries and escalating, as appropriate
- Position candidates/associates for success on assignment
including the completion of Adecco and client onboarding
requirements, orientation, etc.
- Develop associate engagement programs (with assistance of
Enterprise management and/or client) to bolster the
Adecco/associate relationship and improve satisfaction and
retention
- Foster continuous associate satisfaction through formal and
informal feedback and develop and execute action plans, as needed,
to address opportunities for improvement
- Champion the team's vision by upholding the required standards
of behavior and attitude - associate- and client-facing Onsite or
Near Site Program Support:
- Facilitate working relationships with client employees
- Adopt and demonstrate the Group's and client's core values in
the delivery of client-centric service
- Continuously strive for innovation through enhanced processes,
policies, and procedures - while meeting established KPIs and
SLAs
- Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction -
exhibited through client surveys and business reviews
- Gain full understanding of the Roadbook and utilize it as a
resource to strengthen the Adecco/client relationship About you
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree and
at least 2-5 years of experience in project or account management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal
communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, support and understand
different project teams
- Deep understanding and awareness of product development and/or
marketing platform development and experience tying project goals
to business goals
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and
negotiation skills is imperative
- Experience with the development of large-scale digital
solutions and a strong understanding of associated web development
technologies and third-party applications and platforms is
essential
- Mobile and social media/community experience an asset
- Competencies in PowerPoint and other common communications
tools is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word,
