Coalfire Federal is looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to support and accelerate our growth strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation and brand awareness marketing programs through campaigns and online media channels. This position can be fully remote.What you'll do:You will partner closely with various internal and external cross-functional teams including Business Development and Corporate Marketing. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital marketing across a multitude of channels including web, email, social, webinars and experience driving ad operations, CRM, and marketing ROI. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of effective marketing campaigns that meet, and will help exceed, the growth objectives of Coalfire Federal.Additional responsibilities include:

  • Develop marketing programs to promote Coalfire Federal cybersecurity services throughout Federal and B2B markets.
  • Develop and manage integrated program calendar including webinars, advertising, and social media to drive lead generation
  • Manage SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Implement lead nurturing program with lead scoring
  • Manage messaging and content on coalfirefederal.com and other social media platforms
  • Oversee content development including strategic messaging across digital platforms such as paid search, social, website, webcasts/podcasts and sales enablement processes
  • Design and manage digital/social media programs to increase demand generation for Coalfire Federal services
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate against goalsWhat you'll bring:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
    • 5+ years of proven B2B marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing (cybersecurity experience a plus) in Federal or B2B markets
    • Proven ability in building the strategy and executing on digital marketing campaigns that support demand generation campaigns
    • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics, with solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Bizible, etc.), providing consistent updates
    • Capacity to develop and manage digital marketing budgets
    • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Eloqua, or Marketo (Pardot preferred), experience using a CMS (Wordpress preferred) and using Salesforce or similar CRM platform,
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with key stakeholder
    • Experience managing and executing organic and paid SEO content program across digital properties
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing organic and paid LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
    • Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining deliverables, timelines, and next steps
    • Able to thrive and deliver in an agile fast-paced, high-growth environmentBonus Points:
      • Experience with the Department of Defense Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
      • Prior experience with working for an enterprise B2B software company
      • Prior experience with Wordpress a plus
      • Graphic design experience
      • Experience managing agency relationships
      • Web design including creation and editing of digital assets that are optimized for the web using tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
      • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketo/Eloqua) and CRMs (SFDC)
