Job Description:

Seeking a Manager of FP&A for a fast growing tech firm in Reston, VA. Position is hybrid (2 days in office) and will have advancement opportunities to Senior Manager in the next 18-24 months. Looking for a self starter, someone who is eager to learn, task and deadline oriented and can build internal relationships.This position will be in the forefront for driving profitability, business analysis, strategic decisions and be hands on but also drive the big picture.

• Drive financial analysis and provide actionable business insights
• Develop annual financial plans and monthly rolling forecasts
• Provide key forecasting, reporting, and analytics
• Identify and recommend areas for improvement
• Lead projects to enhance the reporting and analytics infrastructureIdeal candidate:
  • A Bachelor's degree and preferably a MBA or CPA
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance roles
  • Strong capex forecasting experience
  • Strong Excel, Must be able to create and manipulate models
  • Project Management
  • Excellent communicator - written and oral
