  • As a valued leader on our team, you will manage the work of a team designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as create and maintain IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.
  • Determine the needs of diverse and complex customer groups requiring applied understanding of strategic issues of importance to the function/initiative.
  • Plan and direct the work of the team as they design and develop software solutions to meet needs.
  • Ensure teams use a process-driven approach in designing solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of new software technology.
  • Oversee the effective and efficient maintenance of existing software.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMRequired Experience
    • 6+ years of relevant experiencePreferred Experience
      • Bachelor degree or equivalent
      • 8+ years of relevant experience
      • Strong -technical knowledge of AWS, Microservices
      • Experience with -system performance and performance tuning, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
      • Skilled at leading Agile delivery teams
      • Experience managing vendors
      • Experience with Content Management Systems (OpenText/Documentum) is preferredSkills
        • Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
        • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
        • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
        • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
        • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
        • The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
        • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
        • The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
        • The group of skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
        • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
        • Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
        • Skilled at resource and budget management
        • Experience in SAFe principles and Target State technologies (AWS, Microservices etc)
        • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
        • The group of skills related to Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
        • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
        • Adept at managing project plans, resources, successful project completion
        • Skilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information
        • The group of skills related to Product Testing including testing and evaluating software, usability testing, UAT, and using relevant product testing technology
        • Experience defining and managing changes to documents, code, computer programs, websites, and other files to enable collaboration and ensure teams are working from the latest versionTools
          • Skilled in Java, -Angular, and AWS technologies
          • Skilled in using UNIX
          • Experience with ServiceNow
          • Skilled in XML
          • Experience using JIRA
          • Skilled in Python object-oriented programming
          • Skilled in Jenkins
          • Experience using BitBucket
          • Experience using APIs for developing or programming software
