This position will be located in Dulles, VA. This position can also be performed with a hybrid work schedule.This role is for a leader in an engineering organization that employs multi-disciplined engineering resources, tools, and processes to support the specification, design, implementation, verification, validation, and delivery of spacecraft related products. These products include RF components, antennas, radios, RF systems analyses and integration and test.You will report to and work with the RF/Communications department managers and be a key member of the Engineering leadership team working side-by-side with the Operations, Manufacturing, Integration and Test, Supply Chain, and Program Managers from all Business Areas.To be considered, you must have a proven track record that includes technical leadership as well as broad technical exposure to the following skill sets:FPGA - Radio/RF specific uses; waveform development, error correction, channelization, etc.RF component design/testRF system integrationRF system analysis - cosite interference, link budgets, etc."Payload manager"Antenna design/analysisDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role you will be responsible and accountable for technical, schedule, and cost performance in the delivery of RF components and RF systems products to programs.
