MindPoint Group, LLC is seeking a Technical Cybersecurity Program
Manager (PM) to support a team of roughly 17 cybersecurity
professionals by monitoring the network to respond to, analyze, and
manage the response to cyber incidents affecting the client
information and information systems in accordance with the client
Incident Response Plan (IRP). The Technical PM will be responsible
for working with other government agencies as well as the client
Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs), Chief Security
Officers (CSOs), System Owners, and other stakeholders to assure
information sharing and timely incident response reporting. The PM
will provide oversight of all the monitoring, analytical,
prevention, threat assessment, and any collateral efforts of these
tasks. The following services will be provided by the PM:+ Prepare
and present written communications, plans, reports, briefings, and
briefing materials to the client-s executive management teams+
Participate in meetings and discussions and serve as the central
point of contact for the client+ Establish, document, and manage
the scope, schedule, and resource allocation for projects and
sustaining activities to ensure successful project execution+
Coordinate with other contractors and subcontractors and vendors to
provide overall direction and guidance, track progress and status,
and integrate products and services provided by vendors+ Identify,
document, and communicate problems and risks that could adversely
impact performance, cost, and/or delivery schedule+ Produce
relevant cyber security metrics that provide leadership with
metrics that show cost/benefits, possible savings that could occur
with improvements, etc.+ Implement and maintain integrated work
schedules and plans which ensure that the necessary products and
deliverables are ready, available, and utilized when required for
Detail Design, construction, testing, delivery, and logistics
support activities under this contract. The management plan(s) will
include how the PM's program planning and implementation of that
planning will manage concurrent and interactive efforts of all
program disciplines affecting the design, construction, and
testing.Although the PM will not be expected to perform daily
engineering support, an understanding of the technologies in use is
required. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:+
SIEM such as ArcSight and Splunk+ Blue Coat+ Forensics and
Penetration Testing tools like Wire Shark, Encase, Wireless+
Juniper and Cisco firewalls+ Vulnerability tools like Tenable and
McAfee Vulnerability Manager+ Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP)+
Open-source Network Security Monitoring systems like Bro, ELSA,
Suricata+ Secure Web Gateways+ AWS & AzureQualifications**TS
Clearance required**What skills do you need?+ Bachelors degree
required, Advanced degree preferred + PMP Certification + 12+ years
experience in technology, project management, or engineering
discipline + 10+ years of experience in program management with 7
or more in an enterprise IT environment + Strong experience with MS
Office, other programs, and project management tools and
applications is required+ Experience in the management and control
of complex information technology architectures involving multiple
disparate operating systems, databases, networks, and
communications subsystems, of similar size and scope as described
in this Request for Quotation, especially in managed services
environment+ Supervised substantial operations which encompass user
and network systems and integration; and led organizations with
people of various job categories and skills+ Experience in a
quality assurance environment that includes, at a minimum,
knowledge of; customer satisfaction, user complaint, monitoring
programs, and quality control programs. Location:+ This is a hybrid
role with expectations of being on client site a few days per
