Description:This is an exterior restoration project, scaffolding dependent and has major crane operations, all on an occupied building. Communication with the owner and coordination with the SC Police is key so good communication skills are critical.Skills:Osha 30, quality control management, QCM, EM 385, SCAFFOLDING, Fall protection, security clearance, usace, hazardous energy, exterior restoration, exterior, renovationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:- Must have good communication skills and able to work with the clients/managers on site. Last person was let go because of constant client complaints.- Great time management skills - Attention to detail - Minimum of 10 years of experience (will take 5 years of processive experience)- OSHA 30 acquired in the past 5 years - EM 385 - 1-1 Construction Safety Hazard Awareness Course (can obtain it before going onsite)- USACE Quality Management for Contractors Certification - Must have Security Clearance Work Environment Project is a 3 year project to do an exterior restoration project. - Monday to Thursday - Overnight Position. 4/10's (6:00 pm - 4:00 am)Experience Level:Intermediate Level About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
