ARK Solutions, Inc., is seeking a Client Relations Manager to support their Sales Department.

What do you get to do:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel.
  
• Schedule regular meeting with Clients to ensure their needs are being met and they are satisfied.
  
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
  
• Study competition to find new ways to retain clients
  
• Generate new business through current client relationships
  
• Attend user groups meetups, tech speaking groups, lunch & learns, networking events to build upon current relationships and potential new clients.
  
• The client relations manager may service the client's account, make recommendations for account management, track metrics and analytics or otherwise serve as an intermediary between the client and the company.

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
    
  • Strong attention to detail
    
  • Ability and desire to drive results in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment
    
  • Excellent relationship building skills and interpersonal skills
    
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to call, email and meet with clients
    
  • Funnel management and forecasting for new and existing accounts
    
  • Problem-solving aptitude
    
  • Strong documentation skills
    
  • Ability to network and build relationships
    
  • Positive, outgoing personality is a must

    Client Relations Manager Qualifications
    
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in related field
      
    • 4+ years of experience in client relation management
      
    • Experience in staffing industry preferred but not required
      
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      
    • Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn sales navigator, and working knowledge of CRM platforms
      
    • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
      
    • Excellent client servicing skills
      
    • Strong analytical abilities
