Description Leidos Corporate Internal Audit is seeking an Internal Audit Senior Manager to join our Program and Financial Audits team. Ideally, we're looking for someone who lives within commuting distance to Reston-VA but will consider 100% telework for the right candidate.The selected candidate will become a key member of the Corporate Internal Audit team, and will be responsible for Program and Financial Audit activities to include risk assessment, audit plan development, scoping, execution and reporting. This position reports to the Vice President of Program Audits and requires a close working relationship with the company's corporate functions and Business Groups. In this role you are expected to lead Program Audits, Financial Audits, SOX Audits, and Advisory projects. Leadership skills, critical thinking, excellent communication, building strong customer relationships, and the ability to mentor and train team members are expected from you in this role.This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Vice President of Program Audits with the development and maintenance of the audit plan
• Maintain direct supervision of a team, assign work, review work
• Support, plan, execute and evaluate Program Audits, Financial Audits, SOX Audits, and Advisory projects, focused on various areas to include, but not limited to, Financial, Operational, Compliance risks and Internal Controls
• Assist in the preparation of the audit planning memoranda, execution and reporting of audits and advisory projects that are issued to senior management
• Facilitate work with external auditors and other risk management-related departments and other internal stakeholders, including Government Compliance, Ethics and Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management
• Leverage knowledge in audit, finance, accounting, programs, and technology and apply principles, theories, and concepts
• Work on complex problems and provide creative solutions
• Accomplish objectives, be self-motivated and demonstrate leadership qualities
• Interact directly with executive-level managementRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior project audit experience, including planning, directing, evaluating, and reporting
  • 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in dealing with Executive Management
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and strategic and innovative critical thinking skills
  • US Citizenship is requiredPreferred Qualifications:
    • Certifications (e.g., internal audit, project management, accounting, IT) is a plus
    • General knowledge of how to leverage data analytics for auditing purposes is a plusPay Range:Pay Range $94,250.00 - $170,375.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
