across multiple sites including program evaluation, data
collection, and quality improvement activities to ensure program

move! - -Primary Duties: -Supports operational and logistics
strategy related to wellbeing programming for MedStar Health
associates. Facilitates administrative and project planning needs
for program implementation and sustainability. - -Coordinates and
aligns wellbeing programs across multiple sites. Maintains protocol
implementation and training materials to adhere to policies and
best practices for wellbeing initiatives. - -Collects, organizes
and analyzes data. Generates and provides accurate and complete
reports tracking program's growth and improvement. - -Supports
implementation and ongoing management of wellbeing programming
including Peer Support, Wellness Champions, Behavioral Health
Initiatives, nurse wellbeing initiatives, and wellbeing training
programs. Supports event/outreach planning, organization and
implementation. - -Qualifications: - -Bachelor's degree in Mental
Health, Education, Communications or related field. -1-2 years of
program management experience. -Experience in healthcare settings

Manager, you will support behavioral health initiatives through
oversite of the day-to-day management of education, communication,
and wellbeing programming for MedStar Health associates and in
collaboration with leadership. Responsible for designing,
coordinating, and aligning education, communication, and wellbeing
programs across multiple sites. This includes support of the
education platform, training modules, staff assigned to projects,
direct support to MedStar Health providers, maintaining and
documenting protocol adherence, and performing routine quality
improvement and quality control activities to ensure program

-Supports education, communication, and strategy related to
wellbeing programming for MedStar Health Associates. Designs,
coordinates, and aligns wellbeing programs across multiple sites.
Maintains protocol implementation, training materials to adhere to
policies and best practices for behavioral health initiatives.
-Designs data, education, and communication strategies, develops
and maintains training materials, develops strategies to align
adequate staffing and resources for the achievement of program
goals and objectives. Report data related to activity and outcomes
to the system wellbeing lead. Revise offerings based on analysis
and feedback. -Ensures coordination, synergy and integration with
system wide associate wellness activities supported through the
wellbeing initiative. Participates in meetings and on committees
and represents the department and business unit in community
outreach efforts. -Interacts with the front-line staff of assigned
hospitals on a routine schedule to promote and provide resilience
coaching services. -Acts as a liaison to EAP provider. Supports
increased effectiveness by facilitating conversations that lead to
greater awareness of and action in support of wellbeing programs. -
-Qualifications: - -Master's degree in Mental Health, Education,
Communications or related field. -2 years of clinical healthcare or
education experience. -Current license appropriate to clinical
discipline. -Experience with program management preferred. -
