We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth initiatives and expand our digital footprint. This role will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and leveraging digital expertise to enhance revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a strong communicator with a proven track record in digital growth, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Salem Web Network's digital reach and revenue streams.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players and potential clients.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Leverage digital expertise to identify market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and target audiences.
• Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure alignment of business development strategies.
  
  Qualifications
  
  Required Skills and Qualifications:
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital growth, sales, and marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business development strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and growth targets.
    
    Preferred Skills And Qualifications
    
    
    • Experience in the faith-based media or digital content industry.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and Digital Analytics systems.
