in-office/hybrid applicants and to remote applicants residing in

application software development services or technical support
typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new
applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing
applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and
maintains software applications. Analyzes requirements, and
maintains, tests and integrates application components. Ensures
that system improvements are successfully implemented.WHAT YOU WILL
BE DOINGTranslate business requirements into technical
specifications and implementationsDevelop, maintain and release web
related user interfaces and prepare systems design documentation by
applying company, industry and governmental standardsCreate,
develop and maintain systems designs by preparing design layouts,
modifying existing designs and assisting in identifying design
discrepancies using design toolsCreate navigation structures and
information designs; construct prototypes, storyboards, and mockups
to effectively communicate design to business analysts & Enterprise
Architecture team to include developing a graphic design that
effectively communicates the ideas being promoted by the
requirementsPerform user experience activities on projects as
necessaryDemonstrate technical leadership ability in AngularJS v1,
HTML5, CSS3, and Communication with RESTful web services from
JavaScriptPerform code reviews and collaborate with peer designers
/ developers on project workProvide limited system support and
maintenance for the existing systems in the Application Development
Services areaGuide and lead offshore development on projects as
neededWHAT YOU BRING:Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
advance degree in relevant discipline5+ years of experience in the
Information Technology (IT) discipline5+ years of full systems
development lifecycle experience building custom web applications
using JavaScript, HTML and CSS5+ years of technical experience
working with AngularJS v1, HTML5, CSS3, and Communication with
RESTful web services from JavaScript5+ years of technical
experience in working with Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Docker,
Node.js, Maven, Hibernate, Vagrant, and MySQL5 to 7 years of
experience defining and documenting business and technical
requirements, developing and testing software for corporations
(financial/insurance sector preferred)Experience with Typescript,
Responsive layouts using CSS3, Java RESTful web services
development, SQL, NodeJS, npm, Bower, Git, Github, Protractor, Gulp
or similar build toolMust have experience in working with internal
resources and also be flexible to utilize an offshore delivery
center operating in a time zone different from the primary work
locationMust have experience directing and supervising third-party
suppliers in the fulfillment of Projects or application supportMust
have experience with establishing operational and process controls
to measure and verify that established processes, procedures and
audit controls are followedExperience required in monitoring and
managing SLAs and exceeding customer expectations with large
volumes of requestMust have exceptional intellectual, professional,
and interpersonal agility with strong analytical and problem
solving skills.Progressive experience in information technology
with emphasis in Software Development and Quality
AssuranceKnowledge and experience in software development
methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, prototyping, rapid

Subsidy ProgramAdditional Information The base salary pay range for
this role starts at a minimum rate of $91,800 up to the maximum of
$181,200. In addition to your base salary, you will also be
eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is
based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 10% of
your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for
this position will be based on multiple factors at the time of this
job posting including but not limited to geographic location,
experience, and qualifications to ensure pay equity within the
organization.
