Current Need:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to oversee
our Government Inside Sales Team based in Richmond, Virginia. This
hybrid role requires regular in-office presence each week to foster
collaboration and team engagement. Our preferred candidate will
currently reside within a 40-mile radius of Richmond. Please note
that relocation assistance is not available for this position. If

Job Description:
The Government Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading a
professional team of Inside Sales Account Managers who sell medical
and surgical products to state and local government facilities and
equipment products to federal and state agencies. Driving and
coaching sales through objectives is the top priority in this role.
Using situational leadership skills, this manager will coach and
develop team members of all experience levels.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay
philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable
regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as
an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be

Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:
$85,500 - $142,500
Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target
incentive.
