Overview The Rehancement Group, Inc ., is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our Government customers. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients. The Rehancement Group (TRG) is seeking a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Reston, VA. Responsibilities * Manage the daily operations of the Human Resources Department: * Manage the employee onboarding and separation processes * Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, separations, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using an Applicant Tracking System and/or other resources * Maintain both physical and electronic employee personnel files, and conduct internal audits of personnel records * Serve as a benefits resource, and assist with medical, disability, tuition reimbursement, and benefit other questions * Oversee workers compensation/incident investigations/reasonable accommodations and associated reports * Conduct employment verifications * Assist with employee engagement programs, including new teammate announcements, employee engagement surveys, Employee of the Month Program, Kudos program * Assist with or lead employee orientations * Manage employee compliance training, and assist with job and government trainings * Generate weekly hiring reports for clients and TRG management * Manage the Talent Acquisition Team: * Lead weekly meetings with the Talent Acquisition Team * Assist with proposal recruiting and identifying key personnel during the proposal process * Screen and route resumes, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, recommend qualified candidates to department managers for further interviews, conduct reference checks, secure acceptances, and communicate rejections when necessary with the Talent Acquisition Team/Project Manager * Assist with recruiting outreach initiatives * Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved; partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs * Stay current on the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws * Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations * Assist with the development and administration of programs and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company * Ensure company compliance with annual reporting and labor regulations * Promote a positive work environment Qualifications * U.S. Citizenship required * Bachelor's degree highly preferred. May substitute relevant experience for an HR degree * SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification desired * Minimum of five years of Human Resources experience required * Minimum of three years of Technical Recruiting experience required * Prior experience working in the U.S. government or private sector desired * Experience working with ADP desired * Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates with security clearances, to include TS/SCI, CI Poly, and FS Poly, desired * Experience working directly with hiring managers to clarify and qualify government requirements desired * Excellent verbal and written communication skills required * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, (i.e. iCIMS) desired * Strong understanding of EEOC and OFCCP employment guidelines required * Experience in Training, Organizational Development, or another related field desired * Ability to collaborate and work effectively with peers, as well as internal and external clients * Highly organized with a strong attention to detail * Innovative and creative thinker; ability to identify opportunities for improvement * Advanced ability with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, LinkedIn, or on-demand content providers The Rehancement Group, Inc. provides competitive salaries commensurate with education and experience with full options for advancement and a robust benefits program.
