DescriptionSHIFT: Mixed (rotating weekends) SCHEDULE: Full-time Located in the outskirts of Washington, D.C, Reston Hospital Center (231-bed acute facility) lies within the dynamic town Center of Reston, known for its lively mix of restaurants, shops, and services. The Clinical Coordinator as the assistant to the Department Director performs a dual role - clinical and administrative. He/she is responsible for identifying the need for, implementing and complying with all unit and hospital standards. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for clinical and administrative decisions on the unit during the absence of the Nursing Director. He/she supervises all caregivers on the unit and service as a role model to staff.
