Psychiatry Adult physician employment in Virginia : Adult PsychiatristReston, VAWe are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to join our group that's located in Reston, VA on a full-time basis. The organization specializes in an innovative brain-body approach to diagnosis and treatment planning for a wide array of emotional, behavioral, learning, cognitive, and weight issues for children, teenagers, and adults. Those who are qualified and in search of a long-term career opportunity in a cutting-edge practice, are encouraged to apply today!Adult Psychiatrist Schedule, Compensation & Benefits- Mon thru Fri, 9am to 5pm- Weekends and evenings are not required and they are rarely called after hours- $250k+ base salary plus production bonus- Total potential compensation based on 50/50 split working 30 patient hours a week is $306,000 (with 4 weeks off a year)- Healthcare benefits, Sick leave and CME coverage- 401K plan and awarded ownership shares based on performance- Malpractice coverage by the organization- 100% outpatient- All that coupled with their solid physician culture and continuous learning on the forefront of psychiatryAdult Psychiatrist Requirements- Board certified preferred- Current medical license in the state of Virginia or willing to obtain- Must be open to multiple treatment plan approach to mental health#MASC103#ZR Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
