- Manages and coordinates organization wide efforts to ensure
that performance management and quality improvement.
- Develops and communicates the strategic vision, scope and
mission of the Performance Improvement Program at Reston Hospital
- Helps to develop PM and QA training programs that focus on
enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority health
and patient safety concerns.
- Participates in organizational strategic planning and provides
leadership for PM and QA policy development.
What qualifications you will need:
- Registered Nurse
- Bachelors DegreeThis role requires you to be fully vaccinated
for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or
regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is
