Apply today for our Registered Nurse Rehabilitation Unit opening and continue to learn!As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Inpatient Rehab Department in our 18-bed unit where we see patients with comprehensive medical rehabilitation to adults with physical impairment and disability secondary to disease, dysfunction or trauma. Our team provides care for patients providing information, assisting with complications, administering medication, guidance and hands-on care. - As a member of our team your will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting all aspects of patient care. - You will work closely with all health care providers to facilitate and coordinate efficient, effective, quality health care including patient discharge. - Our team interprets patient information and makes decisions about necessary actions. - As a member of our team, you will coordinate a patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
