Job Title: Mammography TechnologistCross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.Job SummaryAs a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for taking X-ray images of patients' breasts for screening and diagnosis. You will work in a hospital, clinic, or imaging center, preparing and operating equipment, explaining mammograms to patients, and positioning patients' breasts for imaging.Responsibilities

• Operate mammography equipment to produce high-quality images
• Position patients for imaging and ensure their comfort and safety
• Explain mammograms to patients and answer their questions
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosesRequirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a Mammography Technologist
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)Benefits
