      • Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,540.00 Per Week Job Description: The Registered Nurse - Occupational Health will provide safe, competent nursing care focused on employee health in accordance with facility policies and standards. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing health programs to ensure the well-being of employees. The RN will collaborate with the HR team and healthcare providers to support workplace health, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
        • Provide direct nursing care to employees, including health assessments and screenings.
        • Manage pre-employment health evaluations and employee health records.
        • Monitor occupational health programs, including immunizations and wellness initiatives.
        • Collaborate with HR and management to develop employee health policies and programs.
        • Provide support for injury management, return-to-work programs, and disability cases.
        • Maintain confidentiality of employee health information.
        • Ensure compliance with workplace health regulations and safety standards.
        • Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to employee health. Requirements:
          • Active DC RN License (required)
          • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications (required)
          • 2 years of experience in Employee Health (required)
          • Experience in HR-related nursing (required)
          • Occupational Health Nursing Certification (COHN) preferred Skills & Competencies:
            • Strong verbal and written communication skills
            • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse employees
            • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information
