*We are seeking a competent, experienced leader to serve as a
QAPI/Infection Preventionist Nurse in our 216-bed Health Care

System).*Brief Job Description:*This position is responsible for
planning and overseeing comprehensive quality assurance and
infection control programs to ensure compliance with state and
federally mandated nursing and resident quality care standards in a
long term care setting. This individual will perform a variety of
compliance functions, including those related to staff development,
in-service training, quality assurance, resident review and
infection control.*Qualifications:* Registered Nurse, current,
unrestricted license in good standing with VA DHP. Nursing Degree
from an accredited institution. Previous experience in quality
assurance and staff development preferred. LTC experience
preferred. Detail oriented, with strengths in dealing with
residents, families, supervisors and nursing personnel. Strong
