The staff nurse demonstrates HCA values and adheres to HCAs ethical and compliance principles in his/her daily activities. What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Registered Nurse Associate Degree PRN - must work at least 1 shift a week OR experience is required Reston Hospital Center has provided quality healthcare services since 1986.
