2YRS - Pharmacy Tech - 40HRS Day/Evening Start Date: 5/19, 6/2 Shift 7x10/2x8 Night, Wednesday to Tuesday (10-hour shift: 2100-0700 / 7 ON 7 OFF). During the 7 days off, we can guarantee 2 shifts from 1500-2330. 2 Years Minimum Experience Required First timers accepted: No Local Rate within 60 Miles Call/Weekend Req: Every Other Weekend Certs Required: BLS, CPhT, State licensed Certs Prefered: Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification Skills Required: Inpatient / Acute care, Aseptic Technique, Compound a Sterile and Non Sterile Product Skills Preferred: Prepare IV mixtures, Controlled substance documentation requirements, High alert/risk medications, Look alike/sound alike drugs, Retail Pharmacy, Handling and disposal requirements, Labeling requirements, Prepare Chemo, Prevent/report medication errors, Sterilize a laminar or horizontal flow hood Medication System: Pyxis Pharmacy Inventory Mgmnt: Automation problem resolution, Automation Stocking, Automation Use, Ordering and receiving processes (maintain par levels, rotate stock), Removal (recalls, returns, outdates, reverse distribution), Storage requirements, Scrubs Not Provided Scrub Color: Any color of choice This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine*
