They will take circulate cases if neededOR techs Yes On call requirements: Weekend and weeknight call rotations. Call is 1 x 12hr shift per week with possibility of additional if needed and 1 x 24hr (can be split into 2 x 12hr shifts) call shift per month for weekends. The weekday call shifts are 7p-7a or 7p-11p; the weekend call shifts can be 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 7p-11p, and 7a-7a. Holiday call coverage as needed.Our weekends are anywhere from 12-24 hours due to having 2 teams on call. Weeknights can be 7-11, 11-7 or 7-7. It varies. That's why we just say weekend and weeknight call rotations. They bring vent established patients to the OR & maintain in the PACU Pharmacy 24/7Yes & have OmnicellShiftsThey have 8's, 10's, & 12's. Varied start times, primarily day/evening. No self-scheduling for travelers. They will allow block scheduling if it meets the needs of the unit. (the shift will be indicated in the job need)FloatingNoFloor specific orientation3 Shifts. Common types of cases All surgical cases except Open Heart (a lot of neuro spine, total joints, open fractures), no vascular at this time but will be in August, General,ENT, Scrubbing required - RN's ?this would be a PLUS not required Additional NotesNormally have enough to run 7-8 OR's (2 Techs to 1 RN) but do not have any aids or house-keeping - techs are responsibility for turning over rooms) Cancellation Policy:2 shifts per 13 week assignment and 1 shift for assignments less than 13 weeks. Charting BSN License to Trauma Level: Care Shift ; F/S/SU; no call obligation; holiday call coverage as needed; float to outpatient surgery center as needed.
